ELK RUN HEIGHTS - Julianne “Julie” Louise Webber Niedermann, 60, of Elk Run Heights, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, from a stroke.

She was born June 29, 1953, in Waterloo, daughter of Harry and Mary Peyton Webber. She married Albert Ritchie and they later divorced. She then married Danny Johnson; he died in 1986. She married Ronnie Niedermann on March 2, 1996, at the Lighthouse Fellowship Free Methodist Church, Waterloo.

She operated a home day care.

Survived by her husband; a son, Andy Johnson; two daughters, Shelly (Troy Usher) Johnson of Waterloo and Tonia (Greg) Poterack of Bettendorf; four grandchildren, Drew and Kelsie Eyestone, Lucas Johnson and Mitchell Poterack; a great-grandson, Brayden Cole; her mother of Waterloo; a brother, Marc (Carrie) Webber of Kansas City, Mo.; and two sisters, Sue (Kevin) Frickson of Highland, Ark., and Jo (Jim) Donar of Marion.

Preceded in death by her father; and a brother, Dennis Webber.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Lighthouse Fellowship Free Methodist Church, with burial in Finchford Cemetery, Finchford, following the luncheon. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, Waterloo, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Christmas was Julie's favorite holiday, because she loved giving. Her choice of organ donation will express to many her importance of giving. Julie’s happiest moments were those spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
