WATERLOO - Barbara Josephine Wirtz, 57, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013m at her sister’s home.

She was born March 22, 1956, in Waterloo, daughter of Irven and Alfreda Bedard Wirtz.

She was employed at the Wheel Lounge, Evansdale, until becoming disabled.

Survived by two sons, Jason and Josh (April Ramirez), both of Waterloo; a daughter, Stacy (Shane) Utsler of Hudson; 15 grandchildren; a brother, Keith Wirtz of Waterloo; and a sister, Rita Betts of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis Wirtz; and a sister, Kathy Thomas.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, preceded by an hour of visitation, with inurnment in St. Marys of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Eagle Center.
