CEDAR FALLS, IA — Services for Harry Adolphsen, 92, of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery. He died Monday night at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

He was born Oct. 31, 1888, in Cedar Falls, son of Jacob and Georgina Adolphsen. He was a veteran of World War I.

He married Clara Nielsen Dec. 9, 1919, in Cedar Falls. He farmed in the Cedar Falls area for most of his life.

Survivors include his wife, Clara of the Lutheran Home, and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in his name to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home. Friends may call at the Erickson Funeral Home until 9 p.m. Wednesday, and at the church for an hour before service time.
