Kenneth W. Pryor, 44, of 429 Center St., died at St. Mary's Hospital at Rochester, Minn., Thursday of an internal hemorrhage.
He was born on June 24, 1920, at Albia, Iowa, the son of Benjamin and Alice Eastlick Pryor. He had resided here for the past 24 years. Mr. Pryor was employed as a truck driver for the C. W. Shirey Co. for 14 years.
On July 5, 1943, at Cameron, Mo., he married Doris Buck.
Surviving are his wife, three sons, Larry, Michael, Ricky and one daughter, Kathleen, all at home; his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Valentine of Albia; and one brother, Curtis Pryor, of Farmington.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Chapel of Memories at 10:30 a. m. Saturday. The Rev. James W. Fouke, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories. Friends may call at the Chapel of Memories.
