Services for George Ammerman, 81, of Rochester, Minn., formerly of 701 Oregon St., will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Homestead United Methodist Church in Rochester with burial in a Rochester Cemetery.

Mr. Ammerman died Sunday at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.

He was born April 18, 1902, at Clara City, Minn. He married Tena Asche Feb. 12, 1930, at Clara City. While in Waterloo he owned and operated Ammerman Standard service station.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Don of Washburn; two daughters, Mrs. Tom Haen of Rochester, Minn., and Mrs. Larry Roszell of Cato, Wis.; and nine grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
