Funeral services for Dale Edward Angen, 26, of Boulder, formerly of Waterloo, are pending at O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home.

Mr. Angen died early Friday morning of injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Denver, Colo.

He was born in Waterloo on July 22, 1946, the son of Laurel and Harriet Bauman Angen. He worked for IBM in Boulder as a computer head technician, having moved there about two years ago from Waterloo. Mr. Angen served in the Air Force from 1966-70 and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his mother of Postville; a sister, Mrs. Judy Gilford of Blue Springs, Mo.; a brother, Larry of 1911 Byron Ave.; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Hattie Bauman of 213 Lafayette St.

He was preceded in death by his father.
