HIMEBAUCH, REINTS, GARDNER, BOILER

Roy G. Himebauch, 59, of 1310 W. 2nd St., died about 2:45 a. m. Thursday of carcinoma at his home. He had been ill the past 10 years.

Services are scheduled for 9 a. m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, the Rev. D. L. Buchheim, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Mr. Himebauch was born Feb. 19, 1905, at La Porte City, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Himebauch. He married Vera Reints Jan. 6, 1938, in Waterloo. The couple lived in La Porte City four years after marriage and moved to Waterloo in 1942.

He was a bottle gas dealer and operated the Waterloo Gas Appliance Co. until three years ago. He was a graduate of La Porte City High school and Gates Business College. He was a member of the Trinity American Lutheran Church.

Survivors include the widow and a son, David, of the home; two* sisters, Mrs. Kermit Gardner, of 1820 Forest Ave.; the mother, of the Woodlawn Convalescent Home; and a brother, Ira, of 1623 Forest Ave.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home after 10 a. m. Friday.

The name of a surviving sister, Mrs. Richard Boiler of Minneapolis, Minn., was inadvertently omitted from a news story Thursday on the death of Roy G. Himebauch, 59, of 1310 W. 2nd St. Funeral services are set for 9 a. m. Saturday at Trinity American Lutheran Church, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
