Mrs. John Miller, mother of Mrs. Wm. Sherratt, of Hudson, and a resident of Blackhawk Township for 30 years, died yesterday afternoon after a long illness, her disease at last being dropsy. Had she lived until August, she would have been 70 years old.

She was a native of Pennsylvania and her husband died about three years ago.

She leaves six children, all of whom were present at the time of her death.

Funeral services will be held from Hudson tomorrow afternoon. Deceased was a highly respected lady and her death will be mourned by more than the immediate family circle.
