Graveside services for Vera L. Casady, 71, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Waterloo, will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Ottumwa. She died of natural causes June 8 at a care center in Tucson.

She was born June 12, 1916, in Kellerton. She was reared and attended school in Waterloo.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Karen Fowler of Tucson; a grandson; and two sisters, Pauline Rathe of Evansdale and Delores Ebel of South Gate, Calif.

The Shrine of Memories Funeral Home, Ottumwa, is in charge of arrangements.
