WATERLOO - Kenneth R. Randall, 72, of Waterloo, died Wednesday April 7, 2007, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home after a lengthy illness

He was born July 23, 1931, in New Hampton son of Oscar and Stella Ross Randall. He married Ruth
Schulz on Oct 28, 1955, in Boyd.

Mr Randall worked at Rath Packing Co. for 37 years and then at Karen's Print-Rite for eight years retiring in 2001. He served in the U S Navy during World War II. He was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles, American Legion and life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survived by his wife; a son, Randy (Sue) of Hudson; two daughters, Karen (Bill) Wente of Waterloo and Kathy (Mark) Robbins of Bettendorf; six grandchildren, Heidi and Josh Randall of Hudson Kayla and Amanda Wente of Waterloo and Tyler and Austin Robbins of Bettendorf; a great-grandson, Nathan Randall of Hudson; eight sisters: Arlene (Roy) Peterson of Oregon. Darlene McHaren and Betty (Wayne) McHaren, both of Waterloo, Shirley Sweitzer and Marilyn (Marvin) Njus, both of New Hampton, Joan (Tim) Wood of Waverlv Connie (Chuck) Speicher of Lawler and Diane (Steve) Olson of Charles City; and five brothers: Glen (Lucille) of Dike, Larry (Irma) of Winthrop, Minn., Bob of New Hampton, Junior (Snookie) of Waverly and Duane of New Hampton.

Preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Lois Randall and Marjone Freese.

Services: 10:30 am. Monday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church 420 Harwood Ave., with burial in Fairview Cemetery, both in Waterloo Military ntes will be conducted by American Legion Post 138 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1623. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m today at Locke Funeral Home, where there will be a 5 p m public Fraternal Order of Eagles service by FOE No. 761

Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Valley Hospice, Alzheimer's Association or Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
