Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Jane Stubbs. who died at 3:45 p.m. yesterday, will be at the home, 1212 Lafayette Street, at 2 p. m. Monday. Rev. R. N. MacDonald, pastor of Walnut Street Baptist Church will officiate.

Sarah Jane Greenley was born at Hunnanby, Yorkshire, England, on Feb. 22, 1854. She came to Cottage Hill, Dubuque County in 1857 with her parents, the family moving in 1868 to Barclay Township, Black Hawk County. Her marriage took place on Dec. 8, 1874, in Barclay Township, where the Stubbs resided until March 1, 1898, when they moved to the present address in Waterloo.

She is survived by her husband, James Monroe Stubbs, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Isabelle Remington, Mrs. Emma Willier, Mrs. Nettie Sherk and Joseph P. Greenley, all of Waterloo; Mrs. Annie Bowerman, St. Joseph, Mo., J. t. Greenley, Raymond, Ia., and Mrs. Gertrude Stone, Oklahoma City, Okla.
