Thomas Collentine, age 36, died at 10:30 a.m. today at the home at 731 Vinton Street, after a long state of ill health. He was operated on last September, and never fully recovered.

He was born at Argyle, Lafayette County, Wis. He had lived in Waterloo five years, being employed as a switchman for the Illinois Central.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Collentine, 1315 Lafayette Street, his widow and four small children. He also leaves 13 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Bertha Perry, Mable, Marvin, Alice and Presa Collentine, all of Waterloo; Mrs Mary Mace, Frank, and Harry, all of Charles City; Louis, Clinton: Delia. Nevada; Mrs. Nellie Berthels and Mrs. Rose Churchill. Marion, O.; Ray Collentine, International Falls, Minn.

Pendind funeral arrangements, the body was taken to the O'Keefe & Towne Mortuary, where friends may view it.
