Cedar Falls, Jan. 7.—Morris Levy, Cedar Heights, died of apoplexy this morning about 7 o'clock while seated in Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Northern Railway interurban station here.

His body was discovered by Jake Rasmussen, 1024 Third Street West, about 7:05. Mr. Rasmussen notified the marshal and the latter called the coroner, Dr. E. C. McMillan, Hudson, who said an inquest would not be necessary.

Mr. Levy is survived by his widow, who was Miss Jennie Blsblng before their marriage at Clermont 10 years ago, and his parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Blsbing.

Levy, who conducted a tailoring and cleaning shop on. College Hill, apparently was stricken after arriving at the station on the 6:30 car from Waterloo. He was lying face down on the floor.

The body was taken to Dahl mortuary.
