Services for Ethel E. Barlow, 86, of Cedar Falls Western Home, formerly of 125 Conger St., will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Western Home Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery. She died of complications of diabetes Thursday (Oct. 20, 1988) at the Western Home.

She was born June 18, 1902, in Anamosa, daughter of James and Sarah Cline Barlow. She was a bookkeeper for Matt Parrott & Sons for 41 years, retiring in 1969.

Survivors include a brother, Harold Barlow of South Gate, Calif.; and a sister, Mildred Glessner of Sun City, Ariz.; she was preceded in death by two sisters, Marian and Marjorie; and three brothers, Robert, Willard and Ronald.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at The Kearns, Huisman- Schumacher Chapel and for an hour before services Saturday at the Western Home.
