Private committal services for Mary Aleida Strein, infant daughter of William A. and Lana L. Fortune Strein of Castalia and formerly of Waterloo, will be Monday afternoon at Garden of Memories Cemetery

She was born Friday at 8:23 a.m. at St Francis Hospital and died an hour later.

Surviving are her parents; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Eugene D. Fortune of 1220 Western Ave.; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Vernon Luther of Denver; paternal grandfather, Albert Strein of rural Cedar Falls; maternal great-grandfather I. W. Fortune of 217 Lewis St.; maternal great-grandfather; maternal great-grandfather, Lewis Fry of Dysart; and paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Strein of Brainerd, Minn.

There will be no visitation. Locke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
