CEDAR FALLS—Services for Matthew Paul Hackman, eight-day-old son of Stephen and Debra Haynes Hackman, of 619 W. Third St., will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery. He died Saturday morning at University Hospitals in Iowa City.

He was born June 5. 1981, in Waterloo.

He is survived by his parents; one brother, Scott, at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Florence Hackman of Cresco; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Haynes of Cresco; paternal great-grandmother, Mrs.
William Luzum Sr. of Calmar; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Harvey Chancy of Cedar Falls; and
maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Guy Haynes of Cedar Falls.

Friends may call at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m.Monday and until service time Tuesday at the church.

A memorial fund has been established.
