Doris D. Lundak, 56, of 1915 Easton Ave., died Tuesday, May 29, 1990, at Covenant Medical Center at Kimball Avenue of an apparent heart attack'

She was born Feb. 3, 1934, in Traer, daughter of William and Ethel Dobson Hendershot. She married Harry J. Lundak on Feb. 23, 1952, in Hudson.

Survivors include her husband; a son, John P. of Waterloo; three daughters Cindy S. Menuey of Cedar Falls, Kelly M Regenold of Evansdale and Karrie Lundak of Waterloo; six grandchildren; three brothers; Donald and Alvin Hendershot, both of Waterloo, and Frank Hendershot of Colorado; and three sisters, Marion Drilling and Luella Reeves, both of Waterloo, and Beulah Haefner of Vinton.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Marlyn Hendershot

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Chapel of Memories-West Funeral Home with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
