CEDAR FALLS, IA - Grace E. Herold was born October 10, 1910, in Villisca, Iowa, the daughter of William LeRoy and Ethel (Prevost) Steward. She graduated from Villisca High School. She married Eldred Frederick Bell. He died in November of 1977. She then married Cyril Phillip Herald and were later divorced. She had worked as a floral designer at Bancroft Flowers, retiring in 1967.

Survived by her son, William L. (Julie) Bell of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Maralee J. (Max) Lowcock of Cedar Falls and Dolores G. "Dee" Voorhees of Cedar Falls; five grandchildren, Debra J. (Duane) Miller, Pamela D. (Duane) Houston, Jesse "Terrie" (Greg) Boatright, Marija-Lisa (Eric) Musselman, and Manette R. Anderson; ten great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and two sisters, Gertrude Adams of Red Oak, Iowa and Ruth Rawlings of Cleveland, Texas.

Grace died Tuesday, January 31, 2006, at Windsor Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband; brother, Floyd Steward; and three great grandchildren, Tannor, Morgan, and Macy Anderson.
