Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas I. Webb, 33, and her son, Scott Daniel Webb, age 7, both of Rockford, Ill., will be Tuesday at 2:30 p. m. at the First Congregational Church in Waterloo. They were both dead on arrival at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital at Charles City at about 2:30 p. m. Friday, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident near Greene.

Mrs. Webb was born Helen Linnea Paar in Waterloo on April 3, 1940, the daughter of Merle W. and Helen Danielson Paar. She had resided in Rockford for the past 11 years and prior to that had resided in Waterloo.

Mrs. Webb was graduated from West Waterloo High School in 1958. She attended Monticello College, near Alton, Ill. in 1959. She was graduated from Drake University, Des Moines in 1962.

She was married to Thomas I. Webb on Aug. 25, 1962, in Waterloo. Mrs.Webb was a member of the P.E.O. in Rockford, Ill., and the Spring Creek Congregational Church of Rockford.

Surviving are her husband; one son, Steven Thomas Webb, 10, at home; one sister, Mrs. Nancy Reuber of Mason City; her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Merle W. Paar, of 134 Kenway Road.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 1962.

Scott Daniel Webb was born in Rockford, Ill., on Feb. 28, 1966, the son of Thomas I. and Linnea Paar Webb.
Daniel was a student in the second grade at Rockford public schools. He was a member of the Spring Creek Congregational Church of Rockford.

Surviving are his father, Thomas I. Webb of Rockford; one brother, Steven Webb, 10, at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin C. Webb of Rockford; and the maternal grandfather and maternal step-grandmother, Mr. and Mrs. Merle W. Paar of 134 Kenway Road.

Those who wish may give memorials for Mrs. Webb and her son to the First Congregational Church of Waterloo or to the Spring Creek Congregational Church, 4500 Spring Creek Road, Rockford, Ill. Friends may call at the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home after 1 p.m. tomorrow.

GREENE -A mother and son from Rockford, Ill., were killed outright Friday afternoon in a two-car crash on the Butler-Floyd County line northwest of Greene.

Killed were Mrs. H. Linnea Webb, 33, and her 7-year-old son, Scott. Another son, Steven, 10, was reported yesterday in critical condition at Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City.

A passenger in the other car, Mrs. Gladys Uker, 67, of Clarion, was reported also in critical condition with
massive head and chest injuries. She was a passenger in a car driven by her husband, Victor, 62, which collided at an unmarked gravel road intersection five miles west and one mile north of Greene.
