Services for David Davis Sr., 72, of 610 Sumner St., will be noon Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. There will be a Scripture service at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Keams-Dykeman Chapel. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the church.

Mr, Davis died Monday at 8:30 p.m. at Allen Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack at Electric Park Lanes.

He was born June 2, 1908, at Carroll, son of Oliver and Hallie Bell Davis. He married Nellie Berry May 31, 1936, at Papillion Neb. He had been employed with Viking Pump Division of Houdaille Industries Inc. for 30 years, retiring in June 1975. He was a member of the National Bowling Hal! of Fame.

Survivors include his wife, a son, David O. Davis Jr. of 2635 E. Fourth St.; and seven grandchildren.
