MRS. JENNIE MARSHALL

Jennie Marshall, 82, widow of the late Henry L. Marshall and a resident of Waterloo for 39 years, died at 6:20 p.m. Friday at Independence, Ia.

Born on Nov. 13, 1861, at Solon, Ia., she grew to young womanhood there and was married to Henry L. Marshall. Mr. Marshall was employed for several years as manager of Matt Parrott & Sons Co., prior to his death in 1910.

Surviving are two sons, Frank L. Marshall, Minnespolis, Minn., and Lt. Col. T. H. Marshall, Edgewood Arsenal, Md.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and a brother, Frank W. Sargent.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home with Rev. Matthias Heiling, pastor of the Universalist Church, officiating. Burial will be Monday afternoon in the cemetery at Guthrie Center, Ia.
