CEDAR FALLS—Services for Anna B. Schlangen, 84, of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, formerly of 1011 W. 11th St., will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. Burial will be in Allison Cemetery, Allison.

Mrs. Schlangen died Wednesday night at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Aug. 26, 1896, in Allison, daughter of Kashen and Janna Ibling Kramer. She married August Schlangen Jan. 14, 1920, at Allison. He died Aug. 8, 1960. They farmed in the Allison area until 1947, when they moved to Charles City. They moved to Cedar Falls in 1956.

Survivors include a son, Harold Schlangen of Lime Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Heathman of 1018 W. 11th St.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Frank Kromer of Mesa, Ariz.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Thursday.

A memorial fund has been established.
