Ethel Joy Blum, 66, of 3222 Ellington St., died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1994, at Covenant Medical Center of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born Oct. 27, 1927, in Waterloo, daughter of Earl Wallace and Muriel E. Steggal Smith. She married Ray E. Moore Dec. 16,1945; they were later divorced She married Roy Blum Oct. 4,1974; he died in 1981.

Survived by a son, Harold D. Moore of Waterloo; a grandson; and a brother, Frank D. Smith of Waterloo.

Services: 1 p.m. Monday at O'Keefe & Town'e-Grarup & Waychoff Funeral Home, with burial in Oran Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 9 a.m until services Monday at the funeral home.
