Lewis V. Nyhan, 64, of 912 Broadway Street, died Wednesday at 3:25 p. m. in Veterans hospital, Knoxville, la., of a cerebral hemorrhage.
The son of Vincent and Virginia Nyhan, he was born in St. Louis. Mo. Feb. 21, 1884. He married Harriett Trask in Dubuque, la., Sept. 2, 1911.
Surviving are his widow, at home; two sons, Raymond. Marshalltown. la., and Stanley, Oxnard, Cal.; a brother, Joseph E. Chicago, and four grandchildren.
He was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church and the Spanish-American War Veterans.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert.
The body is being brought to Locke Funeral Home where funeral arrangements are being made.
