Services for Irene E. Adair, 68, of 217 Butler Ave., will be 2 p.m. Monday at Linden United Methodist Church with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mrs. Adair died at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at Allen Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 25, 1913, at Jackson, Minn., daughter of Edward L. and Minnie Meyer Miller. She married Max A. Adair June 25, 1932, at Galena, Ill. He died in 1971.

Survivors include a daughter, Janis Schmidt of Jesup; a brother, Milton Miller of Arvada, Colo.; a sister, Martha Tarppenning of Webster City; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at Garden View Chapel from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to noon Monday.
