Services for Harry L. Goldsmith, 68, of the Harmony House, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oppold Funeral Home with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mr. Goldsmith died at Monday at the Harmony House.

He was born Nov. 22, 1916, near Colesburg, son of Edward and Jane Goldsmith. He married Lucille Meints in 1941. They were later divorced. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army,

He is survived by a son, David of Elma; two daughter, Mrs. Joyce Darrah of Waterloo and Mrs. Mary Kirschenman of Washburn; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Truman of Waterloo; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Dillon of Cedar Rapids.

The American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars will conduct a flag folding ceremony at the grave. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of service.
