WATERLOO, IOWA - Doris L. Bogardus, 92, of Cedar Falls Health Care Center, formerly of 619 Linden St., died Saturday, November 11, 2000, at the center of natural causes.

She was born May 5, 1908, in Black Hawk County, the daughter of John P. and Alice Dwight Wilson. She married Kenneth J. Bogardus, June 3, 1968, in Grundy Center. He died June 26, 1990.

Mrs. Bogardus farmed for more than 36 years between Raymond and Gilbertville, retiring in 1976.

Survived by: many nephews, nieces and cousins.

Preceded in death by: four brothers, Ralph, Leslie, Floyd and Austin Wilson; and a sister, Vesta Crinklaw.
