Mrs. Ernest Wason, 84, of Rt. l, Waterloo, died at Tampa, Fla., while on vacation there, at 6 a.m. Tuesday of a heart attack.
She was born Ilda Rigdon on June 13, 1905, in Colesburg, the daughter of W. G. and Maggie Funk Rigdon. She was married to Ernest Wason on Aug. 7, 1926, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. She was a member of the United Methodist church of Hudson and the W.S.C.S. of the church.
She is survived by her husband at home, two sons, Craig of 327 Sheridan Road; Robert of 722 W. 2nd St., and two daughters, Mrs. Harry Roederer of Tampa, Fla.; Mrs. Cecil Holmes, of Hudson; 15 grandchildren.
The body is expected to arrive at the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home late Wednesday evening, where friends may call after noontime Thursday.
Funeral, services are planned for 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Parrott & Wood Funeral

Services will be at 1:30 p.m at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home for Mrs. Ernest Wason, 84, of Rt. 1, who died Tuesday while vacationing in Tampa, Fla., of a heart attack.
The Rev. Harlan Winter pastor of First United Methodist Church of Hudson, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
