Word has been received here that Mrs. Frances M. Clark, 92, died Thursday in Los Angeles from complications of advanced age.

Mrs. Clark was born in Germany and came to the U. S. when she was 14 years old. SHe lived with her sister in Independence.

Mr. and Mrs. Clark moved to Waterloo in 1900 and to Los Angeles in 1933.

Survivors are two sons, Homer S., of 227 South St., and Francis (Cap) of Inglewood, Calif.; and a daughter, Mrs. Cora Cook, of Los Angeles.

Her husband preceded her in death.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Grace Chapel in Inglewood Park Cemetery.
