Services for Ruth E. Netwal, 70 of La Crescent, Minn., formerly of 1177 Easton Ave., will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church La Crosse, Wis., with burial in Mormon Coulee Memorial Park Cemetery La Crosse.

Mrs. Netwal died at her home at 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

She was born Feb. 23, 1911, at La Crosse, daughter of Ole and Sophie A. Brenden Knutson. She married Lester Netwal Aug. 4, 1929, at Caledonia Minn. They lived in Waterloo from 19SS to 1976 when Mr. Netwal was employed at John Deere Tractor Works.

Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Borghild Knutson and Olga Asmus, and three brothers, Thomas Norman and Norris, all of La Crosse and two grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p m Tuesday at Dickinson Funeral Home Gillette Street Chapel, La Crosse.
