Prayer services for Clarence Clay, 84, of 823 SUmmer Ave., will be at 11 a.m., Friday, at the Eastside Morturary. He died Monday afternoon from complications of advanced age.

Officiating will be the Rev. R. A. Ludwig.

Mr. Clay, a long-time resident of Waterloo was a hotel janitor for several years.

He was born Dec. 25, 1885.

There are no survivors.

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetry. Friends of the deceased will be received at the Eastside Mortuary between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday.
