EVANSDALE—Services for Jesse David Jewell, 1-day-old son of James and Toni Azbill Jewell of 725 Grand Blvd., will be 11 a.m. Friday at Oppold Funeral Home, Waterloo, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. He died at 8 a.m. Tuesday at University Hospitals in Iowa City after heart surgery.

Survivors include his parents; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jewell of 4042 Lafayette Road; maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Linn Azbill Sr. of 903 Jefferson St., Waterloo; paternal greatgrandmother, Mrs. Olga Helgeson of 210 S. Evans Road; maternal greatgrandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rahn of Sac City; and maternal greatgrandmother, Mrs. Mabel Azbill of 210 S. Evans Road.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
