Services for Arden Herman Boyce, 63, of 401 Reed St., will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial in Garden of Memories. He died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at Allen Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Boyce was born Feb. 2, 1918, in Waterloo, son of A!to and Elsie Bener Boyce. He married Ada Hammersland May 16, 1954, in Waterloo.

He was employed at Rath Packing Co. for 25 years until his retirement in 1979. He served in the Army in Europe during World War II.

Survivors include his wife; a son. Dean of 401 Reed St.; a daughter Mrs. Beverly Mondt of 1239 S. Hackett Road; a grandson; his mother of Parkview Gardens: five brothers: Alto B. of Denver, Frank of Cedar Falls, Rev. Fred Boyce of Ringsted, Charles of Ellensburg, Wash., and Melvin of Waterloo; and a sister, Mrs. Darleen Schoenfield of Waterloo.

Friends may call after noon Friday at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the organ fund of Trinity Lutheran Church.
