STALLMAN, ROMELFANGER, LOGAN, BOOM

Mrs. Margaret C. Stallman 65, of 118 Argyle St., died a St. Francis hospital at 8 p. m Wednesday of carcinoma.

She was born on Sept. 7, 1899 in Pecatonica, Ill., the daughter of Joseph and Katherine Logan
Romelfanger. She was married to Newton Stallman on Aug. 7, 1928, at St. Patrick's Church in Parkersburg.

Mrs. Stallman had been with Pitzes, Waterloo School of Beauty Culture since 1926. She had been manager for the past 10 years. She was a charter member of the Waterloo Affiliate 130 of the National Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association of Iowa and a member of the Teachers Division of the National Association of Cosmetology Schools, Inc.

Surviving are her husband, one sister, Mrs. Celia Boom of 118 Argyle St.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church; the Legion of Mary; Catholic Daughters; the Eagle's Auxiliary; the Royal Neighbors; and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Friends may call after noon Saturday at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home where services are pending.
