Services for Mrs. Bernice M. Gootee, 76, of Raven wood Health Care Center and formerly of Manchester, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Edward's Catholic Church with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

There will be a rosary st 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Oppold Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday. She died at 12:15 p.m. Thursday at St. Francis Hospital.

She was bom May 27, 1906, at Dover Township, Fayette County, daughter of George and Martha Iver Jacquot. She married Everett Joseph Gootee Dec. 4, 1928, at Council Bluffs and he died May 12, 1980.

Survivors include two sons, Dale F. of 134 Prospect Blvd. and Gerald of Minneapolis, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Ratter of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Mrs. Joyce Zopolsky of Dallas, Texas; and 16 grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Heart Fund.
