CEDAR FALLS- Camilla C. Evans, 83, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, April 1, 2007 at Manor Care in Waterloo.

She was born Feb. 8, 1924, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Joseph and Hazel Furino.

Mrs. Evans had been employed with Dr. Walter Yeager as a Dental Assistant. She was an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, Senior Activity Center and Sartori Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her daughter, Janice (Gary) Fortmann of Sequim, WA; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary LaRue of Waterloo, and Antoinette DeGear of Missouri.

Preceded in death by parents; 2 brothers, Henry and Joseph Furino; and a sister, Caroline Wilson.

Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Cedar Falls, with burial in the Finchford Cemetery, in Finchford. Family will receive guests one hour prior to service time Wednesday, at the church.

Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society or the church
