Charles E. Dutcher, 68, of 1740 Falls Avenue, died of a heart ailment in his home at 1:45 a. m. Sunday.

Born Sept. 19, 1876, in Springfield, Wis., the son of George and Leah Dutcher, he moved to Ogden, la., in 1903. Nov. 16, 1904, he married Jennie Hartleip there, seven years later they moved to Waterloo, where they have lived for the past 34 years. Here he was employed by the John Deere Tractor Co.

Surviving beside his wife are one son, George C. Dutcher, 227 Lamson Street. two daughters,
Mrs. Robert J. Wilson, 1242 Englewood Avenue, and Mrs. John E. Wilson, 609 Falls Avenue; one brother, James F. Dutcher, 709 South Street; two sisters, Mrs. Florence McKinnon, Kooskia, Ida., and Mrs. Adeline Cameron, St. Maries, Ida., and three grandchildren.

One daughter preceded him in death.

The body is at Kearns Garden Chapel.
