Mrs. W. Henry Kelly, 64. died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, at her home, 415 Saxon Street, after a week's illness
of pneumonia.

Ellen Margaret Dolan was born in December of 1863 in Dubuque county. She grew to womanhood there and was married on July 5, 1892, to W. H. Kelly. They moved to Dubuque and resided there until 22 years ago, when they came to Waterloo. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church.

Surviving besides her husband is one daughter, Mrs. C. C. Cooling, Philadelphia, Pa., and three sisters. Mrs. J. Roddy, Pcosta, la.; Mrs. K. Doyle, Dubuque, and Sister Mary Anna Maria, Chicago.

One sister, Mrs. P. Neary, and two brothers, James and, John Dolan, Dubuque, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 7:30 a. m. Tuesday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Rev. Father Edward J. Slattery, pastor, officiating. The body will be taken to Dubuque. where services will be held In the cathedral Wednesday morning and burial will be made in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The Rosary society of St. Joseph's church will meet at 7:30 p. m. and O. L. V. A. court, W. C. O. F.. will meet at 8:15 p. m today in the home.
