WATERLOO - Dorothy S. Uhlenhopp, 90, of Waterloo, died Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Feb. 7, 1923, in Owatonna, Minn., daughter of Charles and Emma Ahlers Cobb. She married Harm J. Uhlenhopp in June 1943 in Nashua. He preceded her in death in 1980.

She was a tour guide with Hawkeye Stages for 15 years. She was also a 50-year member of the Hammond Organ Society.

Survived by two sons, Ron (Vicki) of Cedar Falls and Thomas (Bridie) Uhlenhopp of Waterloo; a sister, Marion Thom of Faribault, Minn.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services: private family services will be at a later date, with burial in Waterloo Cemetery. Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Community Church.
