CEDAR FALLS - Edna M. Garrison, 93, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, April 13, 2008, at Western Home Communities.

She was born May 14, 1914, in Brooklyn, daughter of William Jasper and Leah Gingerich Kelley. She married Arthur Garrison on May 24, 1933, in Cedar Falls. He died Sept. 29, 1981.

Mrs. Garrison was a homemaker.

Survived by five sons: Richard (Dorothy), William (Lois) and Stan (Ginnie), all of Waterloo, David (Kathy) of Wisconsin Dells, Wis., and John (Barb) of Sapulpa, Okla.; a daughter, Shirley (Larry) Cain of Waterloo; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Donald; a granddaughter and a great-grandson; three brothers: Earnest, Clarence and Ira Kelley; and six sisters: Herma Kelley, Edith Pickens, Esther Workman, Gladys Snyder, Dorothy Evans and Stella White.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Richardson Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Visitation also an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
