WATERLOO — Debra Kay Wagner, 57, of Federal Way, Wash., formerly of Waterloo, died there Friday, May 3, 2013.

She was born Aug. 28, 1955. She married William “Bill” Wagner of Lansing on May 13, 1978.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Chad (Jayme) and James (Kassandra); three grandchildren, Ella, Gavin and Cecelia; four sisters, Donna (Keith) Barta, Patty Ribble, Jacque (Mark) Knief and Margaret (Roger) Schroedermeier; a brother, Roger (Shelia Ann) Frost; and her cat, Spanky.

Preceded in death by: a daughter, Ellie; two sisters, Jan Ayers and Becky Johanningmeier; and two brothers, Dennis and Thomas Frost.

Celebration of life service: took place May 11 at Bonney-Watson Federal Way in Federal Way.
