WATERLOO - Carolyn Ann Carlson, 77, of Aurora, Ill., formerly of Waterloo, died at home Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

She was born June 17, 1935, in Waterloo, daughter of William and Mary Weber Vogel. She married Robert LeRoy Carlson and he died in 2002.

Mrs. Carlson was a member of Holy Angels Church.

Survived by five daughters: Brenda (John) Merkel of Oswego, Ill., Gayle (Anthony) Iennarella of Yorkville, Ill., Mary (Albert) Vogt of Gulf Port, Fla., Elizabeth (Martin) Wolding of Aurora and Martha (Billy) DelNegro of Providence, R.I; a son, Daniel (Sue) Carlson of Sandwich, Ill.; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Thomas (Glory) Vogel of Dunster, Canada.

Preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Thomas; a granddaughter; and an infant brother.

Memorial services: noon Wednesday at Holy Angels Church, with entombment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, both in Aurora. Visitation from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Daleiden Mortuary, Aurora.
