CEDAR FALLS — Evelyn A. Potts Herbsleb, 93, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Mercy Living Plus, Oelwein, of natural causes.

She was born Oct. 14, 1919, in George, daughter of John J. and Annetta Block Busker. She married Lucen Wilson on Dec. 28, 1935. They later divorced. She then married Roger Hoover and he died in 1949. She married Francis “Frank” Potts on July 31, 1950, in Unionville, Mo., and he died in 1988. She then married Kenneth H. Herbsleb on March 22, 1996, in Cedar Rapids, and he also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Herbsleb was employed by Hinson Manufacturing for 22 years.

Survived by a daughter, Carol J. Maine of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Williams and Louise I. Abben; and a great grandson.

Committal services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, with inurnment in Fairview Cemetery, both in Waterloo.

Memorials may be directed to charity of donor’s choice.
