WATERLOO — Janan K. Taylor, 71, of Washington, Mo., formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, April 20, 2013, of liver cancer.

She was born Oct. 25, 1941, in Waterloo, daughter of Nicholas and Kathleen Bullard Frank. She married Pat Taylor, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Taylor graduated from St. Mary’s School and received a degree from Bradley University, Peoria, Ill. She was a housewife.

Survived by her mother of Ashland, Ore.; six brothers: Bob (Judy) Frank of Ashland, Ken (Kathy) Frank of Naples, Fla., Lyman (Sharon), Nick, and Pat (Lynne) Frank, all of Waterloo, and Chris (Debi) Frank of Des Moines; two sisters, Mary (Rich) Ostrand of Des Moines and Kathy (Tom) Hoffman of Woodward; two stepsons, Scott (Didi) Taylor of Eagle River, Alaska, and Jim (Michelle) Taylor of Cloverdale, Calif.; and a stepdaughter, Patty (Jim) Gattis of Windsor, Calif.

Preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Janet.

Memorial services: 4 p.m. Monday at First Assembly of God Church, Washington, preceded by an hour of visitation.

Memorials may be directed to First Assembly of God building fund.
