DEEGAN, MCGRANE, JOHNSON, FRANKLIN, METTNER, WILSON

Services for Lee C. Deegan, 61, of 432 Riehl St., will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. A Scripture service will be 7 p.m. Monday at Oppold Funeral Home where friends may call after 1 p.m. Monday. He died Saturday morning at his home.

Mr. Deegan was born Dec. 17, 1921, at Elma, the son of Marc E. and Helen M. McGrane Deegan. He married Audrey Johnson and they were later divorced.

He served in the Army during World War II in the Signal Corp. Mr. Deegan was a retired electrician.

Survived by a son, Timothy J. of San Jose, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Deborah Franklin and Mrs. Patricia Mettner, both of Tracy, Calif.; six grandchildren; his mother of 432 Riehl St.: two brothers, Dean J. of Anchorage, Alaska, and Neil of Waterloo; and a sister, Mrs. Maybeth Wilson of Waterloo.

Memorials may be made to the church.
