CEDAR FALLS - Services for Mrs. E. Eileen Appleby, 77, of 114 W. Seventh St., will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Home with burial at Cedar Memorial Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. She died at home Monday morning of a heart attack.

She was born in Aredale March 10, 1899, the daughter of Kenneth and Martha Minnert Rose. She married Lloyd Appleby March 10, 1921, at Fort Dodge. He died in 1962.

Survivors include a son, Robert, of Hillsborough, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Jones of 114 W. Seventh St., Mrs. Earl Pitcher of Englewood, Calif., and Mrs. James Brooks of 124 Burns Ave., Waterloo.

There will be no visitation. Memorials maybe given to the heart fund.
