CEDAR FALLS — Frances K. Stackhouse, 73, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, April 11, 2013, at Western Home Communities Thalman Square, Cedar Falls.

She was born Aug. 11, 1939, in Hampton, daughter of Lester and Bertha Friesleben Muhlenbruch. She married Jack H. Stackhouse on Sept. 1, 1957, in Latimer.

Mrs. Stackhouse was a district manager for Avon Cosmetics.

Survived by: her husband of Cedar Falls; a son, Scott (Paula) of Cedar Falls; three grandchildren, Nicholas Harris, Gabriel and Elle Stackhouse; and a sister, Maxine Johansen of Hampton.

Preceded in death by: a son, Douglas.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials: may be directed to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
