WATERLOO — Bruce J. Combs, 68, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Allen Hospital.

He was born March 1, 1945, in Cedar Falls, son of Lawrence and Margaret Grady Combs. He married Sue E. Sevey on Sept. 26, 1970, in Clinton.

Mr. Combs had been employed with Jesup Dairy, Hudson Dairy and Miller Fence Co.

Survived by his wife; a son, Mark, of Waterloo; four daughters: Mary Combs of Edgewood, and Jolene, Sandy and Sara Combs, all of Waterloo; nine grandchildren; four sisters: Mary Jane Bearce, Nancy Yasenuik, Donna Marienau and Cheryl Rogers; and five brothers: Richard, Rudy, Tim, Daniel and George.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Jamie Sue Combs.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls. Visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and for an hour before services Monday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at a later date in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar Falls.
