Funeral services will be at 1:30 p. m. Thursday at the Evangelical and Reformed Church at Ackley for Emma Louise Voy, 63, of 505 Frederic Ave., who died Sunday afternoon of a heart attack.

She was born on a farm northeast of Ackley on Jan. 29, 1898, and lived in that vicinity until nine years ago when she moved to Waterloo. She had been a housekeeper in the Jon C. Miller home, 505 Frederic Ave., for the last seven years.

She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church here, the church's Mary Martha Guild and the American Legion Auxiliary of Ackley.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Roland Newby and three grandchildren of Steamboat Rock; four sisters: Mrs. Jake Mein, Roland; Mrs. William Hubrecht, Ackley, Mrs. Aeilt Abbas, Parkersburg, and Mrs. Thomas Muller, 2502 Falls Avenue; five brothers: John of Gazelle, California; Robert, Geneva, Iowa; and Will, Fred and George, all of Ackley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters.

The Rev. L. A. Kampfe, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery at Ackley.
