CEDAR FALLS — Diane Dae Gramenz, 66, of Chillicothe, Mo., formerly of Cedar Falls, died Monday, April 8, 2013, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe.

She was born April 11, 1946, in Cedar Falls, daughter of John and Emily Martin Siems. She married Lyle Gramenz on Feb. 23, 1964, at the Little Brown Church, Nashua.

Mrs. Gramenz worked for MidWest Quality Glove Factory for 23 years, retiring in 1995 to become a full-time homemaker.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Danny (Valerie) and Duane (Janel), both of Chillicothe; a daughter, Dena (Lee) Berryman of Aplington; seven grandchildren,:Kyle (April) Gramenz, Steffany Gramenz, Libby Gramenz, A.J. Gramenz, Nathan (Holly) Berryman, Jeremy Berryman and Amber Berryman (Brandon DeMartino); five great-grandchildren; and five brothers: Dean (Sandy), Jim (Rosy) and Leroy Siems, all of Cedar Falls, Jerry (Sharon) Siems of Hudson, and Dennis (Sandi) Siems of Chetek, Wis.

Preceded in death by her parents; and her stepfather, George Bennett.

Celebration of Life services: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at the home of Danny and Valerie Gramenz, 902 Summit Drive, Chillicothe, MO 64601.

Memorials: may be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601.

Diane loved to fish, travel, work in her yard, play games, and spend time with her grandchildren. She loved her family very much.
